I travel the path of spirituality. And practicality.

My life hasn’t exactly been a moment of zen.

Before getting my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, I had a rigorous education in “real life.”

In fact, I refer to my years as a divorced, single mother, who managed a corporate law firm, as “boot camp for the soul.”

When my soul finally insisted on a different way of life, I became   a Certified Yoga Instructor and studied energetic healing from a master teacher.

It was during my internship at a major Los Angeles community mental health center, that I realized that the importance of spirituality in the deep healing process. And made a decision to step away from the conventional path of psychotherapy.

Today, my practice is a synthesis of all that I’ve lived and all that I’ve learned. I work intuitively and organically, with the mind, body and spirit to help my clients open pathways for new possibilities.

My greatest joy is helping you to find yours.
